What payment methods can I use here? US customers can pay with Credit Card (Visa, Master Card or Discover) online, or by check or money order through the mail. What's the policy on returns? If an item is defective or if we send the wrong item please email us about it, and we'll get it sorted out. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for player incompatibility (region coding and such) or for a movie being lame, or looking bad. I don't make any of these items! The studios put out whatever they put out. Sometimes products look bad, or are otherwise just lousy products. In general, I try to carry better products and drop lousy products, but I can't know everything about every item. Do You sell/ship Overseas?
We do ship to the European union nations, Canada, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand, at the customer's risk. There seeming anomalies in this rate chart are based on the very odd structure of certain international postal rates. Express Mail becomes an attractive choice on larger INTERNATIONAL orders because the airmail and express rates converge as weight increases. |
